A Loyalty Account will be created in your name to collect points to be earned or redeemed by you. You must be 18 years of age or over to join our Loyalty scheme. As soon as you register to our Loyalty Program you can use it to earn points every time you order products from our website. Every time you put an order we will return 10% of the total cost of your order back to your account in points. One Euro equals to one point. For example every time you collect 50 points to your Loyalty Program you can redeem 25 points to get a 50% discount on your next purchase. You cannot redeem 50 points at once. That means that you can only redeem 50% of the points you have already collected. You are not allowed to use your points to cover any delivery-dispatch costs. Points will expire if unused for a period of 1 year from your first purchase; however your Loyalty Account and Card will remain valid.
Points cannot be transferred to third parties. They may only be redeemed and earned in accordance with these terms. The Loyalty Program is intended only for consumers. It cannot be used for any transaction where the beneficiary is a business entity or for any other commercial purposes.
