ALEXANDROS extra virgin oil, from the Koroneiki variety of olive trees is produced in the area of Kalamon on Rhodes island. All the process, from cultivation and pruning of olives, to storage is handled with special care throughout its production cycle.
The olives are harvest around early November each year with the cold extraction, that takes place on the harvest day, which helps to maintain all organoleptic & nutritious characteristics of the olive. The ALEXANDROS oil has a fruity character and its delicate taste allows for a balance between bitter and spicy oil.
Served temperate (15 - 25 °C).
