Couriers

All our shipments are entrusted to the best couriers by using our trusted partner: Eurosender.

Eurosender is a modern digital platform that combines advanced automation capabilities, empowering companies to create their own digital logistics department and increase their performance. We delegate our logistics operations with their known solutions and collaboration with the best couriers such as: DHL, UPS, GLS, DPD, ACS and many more.

All our wines will be delivered with appropriate patented packaging, covered by insurance policy to protect customer in case of breakage or loss during transportation. Deliveries will be completed within a period of 1-2 working days for Italy, 2-5 days for Europe and 15-20 days for the USA after receiving your order. We'll send you an e-mail with full tracking number as soon as the shipments will leave our warehouse.

Packaging

At RhodianAgora we love wine and we know full well the importance and how fragile shipping wine can be.

This is why we use special reinforced cardboard boxes, with separate inside compartments that create air chambers to avoid contact , which previously would have resulted in broken bottles.

We also reinfoce our bottles with plastic wrap packages to ensure 100% safety for your convenience.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and selected carrier whether it will be a courier or an ordinary post office.

Throughout the purchase process you will be notified when the transport company collects your order from our store, you will receive an email with a link. This link will allow you to track your order.

Damaged Goods

At RhodianAgora we love all of our products and we know full well the importance and how fragile shipping wine can be.

This is the sole reason why we use special reinforced cardboard boxes, with separate inside compartments that create air chambers to avoid contact , which previously would have resulted in broken bottles and reinforce them for more safety.

Even though the packaging is designed to avoid breakages and our partners are fully aware of the fragility of our products, bottles sometimes happen to break. Please, while you are at the post office carefully examine the box when you receive the order for any visual damages.

Our transport companies do not allow returns if our customers open the box in their presence, but please do check if you can see any signs of damp patches on the outside of the box. If so, please do not accept the delivery. Our partners will identify us and we will automatically send you a new delivery at no extra cost to you.
